By creating an account or using BunnyRadio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BunnyRadio (exempt dealer, Israel; Business ID: 038075511), the operator of bunnyradio.com.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent in your EU member state, if lower) to use the Service.
The Service is available to residents of the European Union and European Economic Area (EU/EEA) only. By creating an account, you confirm that you reside in an EU/EEA member state. We reserve the right to restrict access from non-eligible jurisdictions.
The Service offers radio stations from cities across Europe. All broadcast processing takes place entirely within EU data centres, under applicable EU law.
BunnyRadio provides time-shifted FM radio listening. FM broadcasts are available to stream 24/7. The Service includes:
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial time-shifted listening only. You select the station and time window; BunnyRadio provides the streaming infrastructure to deliver your personal, time-shifted stream. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any content accessed through the Service.
To preserve the personal-use nature of the service, each account is limited to 2 concurrent streams. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.
The Service enables personal time-shifting of publicly broadcast radio programmes, in accordance with the private copy exception under applicable EU law (Directive 2001/29/EC, Art. 5(2)(b)). Broadcast content is:
All broadcast content expires automatically after its retention period and is not retained indefinitely. The Service does not support individual track extraction or any mechanism that circumvents the rights of broadcasters or rights holders. It is designed solely for convenient, personal time-shifted listening of publicly available FM radio broadcasts.
The Service is a browser-based web application. To use BunnyRadio, you need:
The Service does not require installation of any software or plugins. No content is stored on your device — all streaming is performed in-browser.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you must enter payment details to continue using the Service.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice via email. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until the next renewal after the notice period.

Radio broadcast content is owned by the respective broadcasters and rights holders. BunnyRadio does not claim ownership of broadcast content. BunnyRadio provides the streaming infrastructure for personal time-shifted listening of free-to-air FM radio.
Station names, call signs, and logos displayed within the Service are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Their presence does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or licensing from any broadcaster.
The BunnyRadio platform, branding, and software are owned by BunnyRadio. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@bunnyradio.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may use this platform to resolve disputes arising from online purchases. Our email for ODR correspondence is support@bunnyradio.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
