Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to a support request, you can file a formal complaint:

  • Email support@bunnyradio.com with the subject line "Complaint"
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a full response within 15 business days

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. For billing disputes, contact Paddle buyer support directly, as Paddle is our Merchant of Record for all payments.
